The Restaurant
Mill End boasts an award-winning restaurant featuring the finest local produce including free range eggs, vegetables, local beef and the finest, freshest fish caught off the Devon and Cornish coasts.
A young and innovative culinary team is now headed by Christophe Ferraro. A native of Lille in France, Christophe has worked in several French Michelin-starred restaurants as well as some top flight restaurants on this side of the Channel.
The combination of enthusiastic, young creative chefs, classical training and outstanding local produce has produced menus that have won critical acclaim with both the press and regular guests.
We only cook what is best on the day and in season.

These weekend events begin with afternoon tea in front of the glowing fire. A welcoming glass of champagne with fellow guests breaks the ice, before diners feast upon a six-course dinner accompanied by carefully chosen wines to complement each course. The menus are beautifully balanced.
